Custom fields

By default, NeetoCRM has system fields for various entities present to manage your data. But sometimes, there is a need to add fields specific to your organization's needs. This can be achieved via custom fields.

Go to Settings -> Custom Fields, where you can add, update, or delete custom fields for any lead, deal, contact, company or product.

While adding the custom field, you are provided with the following options:

  • Mark as a required field

    Enabling this option will ensure that this field is not left blank during creation or updating.

  • Always visible on sidebar

    Enabling this option will make the custom field show up on the entity's page on the left sidebar.

  • Show at creation

    Enabling this option will show this field on the entity's creation form.
